Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing JC3 Private Tours for your travel experiences in Peru. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis of your contract with JC3 Private Tours regarding your reservation made through this website or via email.
By paying any portion of your invoice, you and all travelers associated with your booking agree to these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer of Liability
JC3 Private Tours shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for illness, personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, emotional or mental distress, or any harm to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for any financial expenses incurred during our tours or in communication with our company through any means.
By participating in any tour with JC3 Private Tours, you agree that:
- You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the tour.
- You acknowledge that you have been strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance for each participant.
- You agree that you, your heirs, executors, and administrators are bound by these terms and conditions.
- You agree not to initiate any legal proceedings in any country in relation to the risks and responsibilities described above.
- You agree to indemnify JC3 Private Tours against any claims related to the risks and responsibilities mentioned.
- You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the tours.
- You declare that you do not suffer from any medical condition that may affect your ability to participate.
- You consent to receive medical treatment in case of injury, accident, or illness during the tour.
- You agree to indemnify JC3 Private Tours against any claims, costs, or expenses related to such medical treatment.
- You agree to follow the instructions of your driver/guide/host and ensure that any children under your care do the same.
Media and Image Policy
By participating in any tour with JC3 Private Tours:
- You agree that any photographs, audio recordings, videos, or other materials taken during the tour will not be used for production or promotional purposes without prior consent from JC3 Private Tours.
- You authorize JC3 Private Tours to use any images, audio, video, or other recorded materials from the tour without prior approval.
Payment Policy
You agree to pay for any JC3 Private Tours service by credit card in the amount indicated on your invoice in U.S. dollars. Currency conversion to your local currency will be determined by your bank or credit card provider, including any additional fees they may apply. JC3 Private Tours is not responsible for these charges.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required at least 45 days prior to the tour date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- JC3 Private Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received within 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Altitude sickness
- Food poisoning
- Family emergencies
- Illnesses such as coronavirus
- Force majeure events
- Any other reason stated by the traveler
JC3 Private Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to weather conditions or other operational requirements.
- If JC3 Private Tours cancels a tour before the departure date, the client will receive a travel credit for the full amount, valid for 1 year from the original booking date.
- If JC3 Private Tours cancels a tour after it has started, no refund or travel credit will be issued.
No exceptions will be made to this refund policy.
